PICKUP: Saturday, May 15th 2021 from 10:00am to 3:00pm

Items not picked up during allotted time will be considered forfeited.

If you cannot make the designated pickup time in person you MUST put in writing either via text (860 245 9888) or email (stephanie@sponzointeriors.com) the full name of the person you designate to pickup and sign for the item on your behalf. No exceptions.

Covid-19 Precautions:
-Masks Must be worn by all bidders pickup up items at all times
-Please maintain at least 6 feet of distance between yourself and any other bidders
-Please bring your own pen to sign your invoice




• Winning bidders MUST be prepared to move and protect during transport ALL items on their own. This includes but is not limited to a moving crew, moving dolly, blankets for protection, bungee cords, etc. Auction Managers will not assist with transport or loading of items in any way.

• Packing, Moving & Transporting of your items will NOT BE PROVIDED upon pickup.

• Any electrical wiring, machinery, electronics, etc, are not guaranteed to be in functioning condition.

All sales are final. All items are SOLD AS IS. Bidders are strongly encouraged all to ask any questions prior to bidding. All items are sold as-is, where-is. While CHES will do its best to list any damage, repairs or restorations, the absence of these descriptions or conditions must not be taken to imply that the lot is in perfect condition. Most of the items CHES sells are antique, vintage or used. You should expect signs of wear consistent with age. All sales are final. No returns, credits or exchanges.
