We require Buyers MUST to bring their invoice to the pickup. There is parking on the street and easy access. If you purchase furniture, please make arrangements for help to move the furniture, as there is no one on the property to assist you. Please bring wrapping paper and boxes for any smalls that you purchase.

If you purchase items from both Part I and 2, you can contact us to arrange for one pickup on either Saturday or Sunday.
