IT DOES NOT GET ANY BETTER THAN THIS. . . . you NEVER find them in this condition, CLEARLY stored inside its whole life. . . . 99% of the time when you find these they are so faded / oxidized that they look PINK in color . . . .always beatup, rusty, dented, repainted, missing parts, the lids are always rusted out. . . .THIS ONE IS AMAZING. . . . . . .I HAVE HAD DOZENS OF THESE OVER THE YEARS . . . . .NEVER EVER EVER SEEN ONE IN THIS CONDITION. . . . .100% ALL ORIGINAL. . . .PAINT, CAP CATCHER, OPENER . . .ALL ORIGINAL. . . . . wow wow wow . . . .AND in the best size . . . it 31" wide x 35" high x 25 1/2" deep. . . . . this type was an "ice chest" type (has drain as shown). . . .extra cases of Coca Cola went in the space underneath . . . . NO issues NO stories . . . .these are always damaged, repainted, touched up, missing parts. . . .THIS IS THE BEST ONE I HAVE EVERY SEEN. . . . .I think its worth between $1,800-$2,500 OR MORE. . . . .its AMAZING . . . . .been in this finished basement since the 1960's . . . . . .THE BEST BEST BEST ! ! ! . . . . . . Thank You for looking at our auction. . . . . . this is a really nice estate sale in Fairfield,CT (minutes from Merritt Parkway or I-95). . . .when the estate attorney called me to look at this house. . .to be honest . . .over the phone . . .It didn't sound very good. . . .WOW WAS I WRONG !!!!. . . .this is a MID-CENTURY TIME CAPSULE !!!!! . . .BUT these people were not Mid Century collectors or anything like that, they bought all these items as their everyday furniture starting in the 1950's - 1980's . . . . . . .this couple was married in and moved in this house in 1948 and they bought furniture and it NEVER LEFT THE HOUSE. . . .(he passed in 2014 at 91 years old and his wife just passed in September 2018 at 92 years old) . . . . . .
