Vintage Minnie Mouse Bank, Walt Disney Prod., Animal Toys Plus, Inc., 9 1/2" high to top of bow. And yes, the slot for the bank is at the top of the picnic basket which Minnie's movable arm is pointing to! In good condition but note "stopper" is missing, marks on plastic, and paint loss due to age and use!
