Small items may be carried out through the lobby, but larger items will need to go through the loading dock. IF YOU ARE HIRING MOVERS, THEY WILL NEED A CERTIFICATE OF LIABILITY INSURANCE (COI) AND IT MUST LIST THE RENAISSANCE ON TURTLE CREEK AS AN INSURANCE HOLDER. THE CERTIFICATE HOLDER BOX MUST BE UPDATED. THIS IS N-O-T THE SAME AS AN ADDITIONAL INSURED. FAILURE TO PROVIDE THIS INFORMATION WILL MEAN FORFEITURE OF YOUR LOTS.
