The original patio was 1,000 sf. With broken stones and stones that have not been removed because of mortar our estimate is that we are offering approximately 750 sf.
Many different size stones.
More than 20 stones 2' x 3'
Steps not included.
Note there is residual mortar joints and mortar on bottom of stones - view the pictures.

These are aged, weathered bluestone which means that there will be chips, nicked corners/pieces and divots HOWEVER you are getting a beautiful patina which only age can provide.

You must bring your own labor to load your vehicle.
Note earlier access may be provided, please ask.
No heavy equipment.
