We are offering shipping on most small items.

No exceptions!! Items not picked up during allotted time will be considered forfeited without refund. It you are a winner of item(s) that you would like shipped, you must contact us by day of pickup to request that option, otherwise your items will be forfeited if you do not arrive to pick them up. If you cannot make the pickup time (and are not having your purchases shipped), send a friend/family member with your invoice.

You must also email or text a note to the auctioneer advising that someone will be picking up your item(s) in your place.

Please bring a pre-signed copy with you for the auctioneer and/or be prepared to show a copy of your invoice on your phone when arriving.

Winning Bidders must bring help if required for large/ heavy items & proper packaging materials if needed for pickup.
Packing, Moving & Transporting of your items will not be provided upon pickup. Driveway access is narrow to this property, please enter slowly and proceed down the hill.
