Nice wood frame isb27 3/8" x 30 1/8". The actual artwork within the double matt layers is 18 1/2" x 21 1/4". Painted in Maine- so it could be any of Maine's beautiful inland lakes or a scenic spot along its incredible coastliine. Unsure but the artist wrote a date of " July 00" for the year 2000.
