NOT 100% SURE WHAT IT DOES NOT NEED. . . .this is a Manco Critter II Go-Cart big enough for adults but small enough for the kids, I know these are a couple thousand dollars new . . .needs work. . . .good news its not rusted out. . .not sure its the correct motor (looks a bit big). . . .we are NOT techs/ mechanics, seatbelts are there (need to be connected). . . .need brake and throttle lines . . . it has the driving lights as shown, no battery. . . .it has a 8HP Briggs & Stratton engine (not bolted on - ran last year) needs seat bottom (currently has the backing board) . . .LOOK AT THE PHOTOS . . .they tell the story
