Larged Framed vellum Antique Hand Written Indenture (Lease/Conveyance) Form Dated 15 Feb. 1839 Signed & Sealed London 16 - 2 - 39. 110 British Pounds between William Archibald Campbell of Wilton Place Knightsbridge and George Richard Hilliard of the Rockwell Place Clapham Road of the County of Surray Surgeon. On the backside is a vintage sticker " Walker Frame Shop, 27 Main St., Westport, CT". Perfect lot for real estate/title professionals, property attorneys or even a town hall recording office. TA

Notes: Paint on frame chipped, glass needs CAREFUL cleaning so as not to damage paper underside. Document has some creases from unfolding and some age appropriate darkening.. Backside has some tears in paper.
