Buyer will be purchasing the Fisher Paykel Piped Gas Grill/Rotisserie and all of the stone for the wall and the fireplace. Buyer is responsible for dismantling and removal from the property. The large rock in front of the fireplace alone is 53"x24"x24".
Fireplace is 116"Lx44"Dx71"H
Grill/rotisserie is 36'x27" with a 10" apron and 13.5"High.
Stone removal dates can be made with the auction manager and do not have to be on regular pick up day, as this will be an extensive task.
