This Large antique French white opaline glass bowl with gilded stem and gilt encircled decoration comes with a matching handle with silver tone, looks like nickel pewter or platinum. This set is amazing, exceptionally rare.
6" tall without top. 12" with top.
Approx. 8" at girth.


Opaline glass is a decorative style of glass made in France from 1800s-1890s. absolutely amazing the tip has a metallic paint that is almost iridescent. The set is rare, with handle it is exceptionally rare. Unfortunately, there is some loss of gilt paint especially at the top. Measures approx. 10" tall with top and 8" wide.
