this is a GREAT item. . .seems to work GREAT . . .I would ASSUME this was originally in the kitchen but then was moved to the basement after a renovation to use for extra cold / freezer storage . . .water not hooked up to it (I assume ice maker works) . . .20 cubic feet - Built in Free-O-Frost, Energy Saver - 69 1/2" high, 36 1/2" wide, 27 1/2' deep (PLEASE NOTE - THIS ITEM IS LOCATED IN A CLEAN DRY BASEMENT WITH JUST 3 LOW STEPS AND ITS OUTSIDE INTO THE DRIVE UP GARAGE) - all the items in this auction are located at a private residence in Newtown,CT - items are located throughout the house PLEASE BRING Labor / Manpower / Correct Type of Vehicle / Rope / Boxes / Paper /Etc . . . .
