This is a DEMOLITION SALE. This means that YOU, the buyer, are responsible for bringing all tools, hardware, and LABOR to remove the items from the property. Water, gas and electricity will be cutoff at the the pickup. There MAY be limited generator power available at certain points of the pickup - if you want unlimited power when you want it, bring a portable generator. Everyone stepping on to the property will be required to sign liability waivers. We are literally one day ahead of the bull dozers, plan for this, there is absolutely no room for exceptions. Pick up will be held rain of shine, but removal decisions during inclement weather will be at the discretion of the auction managers.. Please refer to all photos as they are part of the description. We do our best to list any damage, repairs or restorations. The absences of these descriptions or conditions must not be taken to imply that the lot is in perfect condition.
