Beautiful 10-17-56 Lane Cedar Chest - Hope Chest - Serial # 657101 equates to a manufacture date of 10-17-56. Style #6811-08. It is 44" wide x 18" deep x 20" tall. Four brass bail & pull faux- handles on the front. With lock & key. A few surface and corner age related ( 64 years ! ) scratches or wear to the original exterior finish.
This LANE Cedar Chest has every piece of LANE paper tags and signs ever added to their Cedar Chests. We have seen a hundred and none before this one has all of these original LANE pieces or literature!!! Fantastic and rare find!!!
