1891 - RARE Wayside Edition -Hawthorne's Works - 25 Vols. Houghton & Mifflin - The Riverside Press

Beautiful Rare Wayside Edition Set - books are three-quarter bound in polished calf leather with tips, marbled boards and gilt top page ends. The spines have five raised bands. Titling is in debossed gold on leather labels on the spines which have small floral motif appointments. Each book measures 7 3/4" by 5 1/2".
This important set is in overall good condition.
