Not very happy w/ the auction manager Margo Esparo. She charged $30 to ship the item I won. It took forever to receive since she wrote the wrong address. Not only that she placed the item in an old box w/o any additional packing such as a plastic bag. The USPS postage on the box is $11. If she is charging premium for shipping and handling she should do a better job packing and take care to ensure address is correct. I wish I could post a photo for her to see since reading other review she will just write back, why I did not contact her. The item I wont cost $3 but her shipping charge was $30 which I doubt she would refund. I will not be purchasing from her future auction.

Furniture dimension misrepresented in auction description. While manager seemed pleasant and offered a refund even going through the motions in front of me to credit me by PayPal instead of through the auctionninja portal, that never happened.

My subsequent email inquiring about the refund status went unanswered resulting in multiple visits to my credit card site to have the charge disputed. My credit card did prevail, so I was refunded but ultimately I have no confidence in this auction manager's item descriptions or sincerity.

Our experiences have generally been very good. This was our worst. To get our headboard we were on our hands and knees in an utterly filthy room disassembling it from the frame. The pedestal vase (goblet) had a large undisclosed crack in the side. This particular seller was late, unprepared and aloof. She was an embarrassment to Clearing House Estates. They generally have much higher standards.

Two of the Four items that I won were not able to be located. Woman running the pickup was extremely disorganized. Very unprofessional. Will avoid auctions run by this company in the future. You live and learn.
