Worst experience I've had on AuctionNinja or any auction platform. I received the wrong item, and after weeks of repeated excuses about delivering the correct one, it never happened. I requested a refund and was repeatedly told it would be processed, but more than a month later I still haven't received it. Very disappointing and frustrating experience. Buyers should be aware and proceed with caution.

This seller is a fraud. I never received items purchased back in November. I would never use Auction Ninja again. Seller refuses to credit me.

I have never had to experience this before and I am appalled with how this person runs his business. It has been almost 3 months of back and forth with Brian, he has stopped contacting me and was extremely rude when I tried to speak to him on the phone and hung up on me. Was very excited about my purchase only to see excuse after excuse and then for him the stop messaging of me after a month and a half of trying to get my item. After this my dad had stepped in and contacted him only for Brian to come up with more excuses and saying for weeks "I'll get it there today" promises of a refund with no follow through. Has no clue how to run a business and is sloppy and unprofessional with doing business and scheduling. Only out for money not giving the customer what they have ordered without being rude and then not contacting you back. The fact that it's been 3 months and have not seen a refund or the item that I won. If you are not prepared to ship items you shouldn't offer shipping at all. This is an option when creating an auction and if you are unprepared to fulfill what you signed up for maybe you should consider not offering shipping at all.

Prearranged shipping, spoke with Brian several times, stated they were in his car & he forgot to ship, spoke x 2 more times,-promised to ship them, never shipped, has stopped responding to my calls & text. Paid $67 for nothing. I hate leaving negative feedback but after 2 months of promises, there wasn't any other options.

I have been calling Clearing House Estate Sales weekly since the date of the sale to arrange shipping for this item per the instructions. After giving up on the designated person--who never returned or answered a call--I contacted the office and I was referred to the auction manager. He has twice promised to ship my item immediately but this has been now going on for nearly two months and I still don't have my item and I have spent an unconscionable amount of time trying to resolve this. I don't understand how a business can take my payment and feel no obligation to provide me with the item I have purchased.

Seller neglected to mention the chips and flakes on several plates. The damaged pieces are worthless resulting in odd numbers of the items. A minor refund had been promised. The seller was not on the premises during pick up.
Refund was issued when auction manager was bypassed after several messages, and request was directed to Clearing House.
