Victor is very professional. Everything went smoothly from bidding to pickup. He takes the time to get to know his bidders. It's a pleasure doing business with him!

Victor does not give accurate info on his auction sites. I bought the gucci bag after being told it had one stain. The entire side of the bag was stained! I contacted Victor and his response was basically too bad. The painting, (Yankell), had a huge tear in it. He never mentioned it , but did show a small photo which did not explain it was a tear. At pickup, it was chaos with people blocking the driveway and scarce help. If it's a Victor Suarez sale, I will avoid

I asked the seller the same question twice - NO response either time. The listing neglected to show an image of the top of the cabinet, which happened to be hand painted (over wood). Looks terrible. In addition, the top of the cabinet was not attached - the hardware stripped. The listing just stated "Interior hardware needs repair". I would have not bid on this item had everything been disclosed in the description. Very disappointing. Pick up was a little messy, but overall ok.

I had a great experience purchasing from "Regal in Rye" sale managed by Victor. He was so friendly and organized. Went out of his way to be helpful! I love what I purchased! This is a great seller! Thank you very much.

Seller was responsive and organized. Unfortunately, too many listing inaccuracies after pick up. One item was listed as vintage only to realize later that it's from 2007; far from vintage. Lots of chips and unseen damage not reflected on pictures for another item. Another item missing tabs that were in the listing but not on it when we further inspected at home. Should have more carefully inspected at pick up but will be staying away from this seller due to so many inaccuracies.

This item was stated to be a Stickley entertainment console. The piece was not Stickley and is sold at discount furniture houses. After pickup and contacting the manager, he said he would refund the purchase price. At no point did he argue that it was in fact Stickley. It appeared that he knew he had not advertised it correctly and argued it was still a nice piece. He never credited our account and did not apologize.

We have dealt with other Clearing House sales and have been very happy overall. If the manager had apologized and stated he got items mixed up, it would have been much better received. Honesty goes a long way.
