We have purchased many items from Frank in the past. My wife adores her, as he treats her with respect every time we visit him to pick up our items. His communication both before and after the sale is top notch, as are the items he features in his auctions. If you are not purchasing with Frank yet, I strongly suggest you do.

No response or email for shipping information. Email/invoice from CHES says I will get an email for PayPal shipping cost but it's Wednesday and I still have not had any communication about this. I do not want to just lose my money on this ring. I have never had this happen on previous "shipping only" auctions. Please advise.
