Chips in top of bowl not mentioned in listing and one of the women in red was being very rude and condescending to customers. Other women was very nice though.

Thanks for participating in our auction and congratulations on winning so many lovely items. Sorry your experience was less than perfect. We make every effort to be as descriptive as possible in words and photographs, in fact we are often complimented on putting in the extra effort and we will do our best to do better. It was a busy and full day at pickup, sometimes requests managing all those people sounds rude, I know that was not her intention in discussing this with the woman in red. Bag was severely damaged on the inside with painted lining that melted in the summer. Was missing from the description.
