Overall, my experience leaned more toward the positive side, although there were some bumps along the way. Kathy was accommodating regarding the pickup time, but upon arrival, I was asked to wait outside, and her demeanor seemed more rude than accommodating. It made me feel somewhat awkward about showing up at all. They assisted me in loading the items I purchased, and that was the extent of it. However, I don't anticipate doing business with someone like this again.

They dont give you enough description of items, for example I bought painted art glass no mentioned that you can not see the painting without a light stand that has to sit behind the glass, never mind the wires on the light stand were black taped together. They had two separte listing but one light to share between the two glass paintings I wonder what would've happened if I only bought one of them. One person would've gone without the light stand. Also they had No picture of the light stand in the description. I also bought a clock that had a hand made pendulum (basically worthless) not a word in the description or a picture about it. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
