The seller misrepresented information of the listing. The gem size is obviously 2mm smaller than the measurement in the listing. The seller is very arrogant to argue that her gauge is more precise than my ruler measurement. I attached measurement's picture to clearly show the size - only 8mm rather than 10mm. She didn't send me her measured picture and I doubt if her gauge has "0" starting point to measure the gem? It could be not the first time misrepresenting and the buyer should be cautious for the bidding. The seller refused the refund or any price adjustment. Please note it's fine jewelry's measurements not groceries'. The size determines the value of the jewelry. If I were you, I'll be very concerned to do business with the seller. She even did not feel sorry about this. She thought she's doing the right thing and the problem is my ruler!
