I've thought long about this review as I hate leaving negative feedback. The ring was as described and I fully understood the shipping/handling fees and this statement on the auction details: "There will be a $3 handling fee on most orders to help cover cost of shipping supplies". When I received my package the ring was in a tiny plastic bag in a free flat mail rate USPS box surrounded by an unused crumpled USPS tyvek mailer sleeve. No paper, bubble wrap or other shipping supply except a few inches of tap.. I did NOT pay $3 to have taxpayer supported items be abused for the sake of chiseling more money from a buyer without actually using said "shipping supplies". I'm a former online seller so I know what goes into shipping valuable objects and this was shabby at best. Doubtful I'll ever buy from this company again. I returned the mailer sleeve to the Post Office a week/two later after it had flattened out between two heavy books.. #sad
