Auction manager Jim is can't be bothered to answer simple and reasonable questions about shipping. He also doesn't keep his word. After I paid a separate shipping fee he told me he was shipping the next day and sending tracking info. 5 days later I still didnt hear anything so I reached out. He only shipped after I had to contact the auction house with a complaint. He finally sends a photo of a shipping receipt and tells me to not buy from his auctions again and guilt trips me that he has a doctors appointment today (5 days after promising to ship.) I would give money to auctioneers that operate with customers in mind instead.
