Instead of asking how to mail my very small item, say for like $10 with USPS, it took weeks to be mailed, and to be received, which would have been fine if I was not also charged over $30. If I had known, I would have made the drive.

They did a great job packing and shipping these to me. The boots are gorgeous, and arrived in great condition.
