* I have two things to say about pick up. ( One Good, one Neutral )

The first is .... FABULOUS ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS!
Loved how they had someone at the end of the long driveway to let the people at the other end know someone was coming so there would not be any BLOCKED CARS or JAMS, which HAS happened with other sellers in the past!

Very friendly and efficient! WAY TO GO CLEARNING HOUSE !!!!

* The other thing, I wish sellers would note that the destination has tons of hills and are in the backwoods etc.
Even if a lovely area, sometimes peoples cars aren't in great shape and it's A LOT of strain on the engine and tires ....
If I had known I would not have bid because the pick up was really difficult on my vehicle getting there.

Otherwise, everything else was smooth and I definitely recommend them!!!
