Very happy with the items I purchased

Easy pickup process and items accurately described

One of the the key items (the battery for a battery powered hedge trimmer) which was in the picture when i bid was not there at pick-up. This was deemed one of if not the most expensive item in the auction. The auction company did not help in providing a refund. Terrible customer service. Be careful on purchases from this auction company.

The item was clearly damaged and missing a whole panel. None of this was placed on pictures or description.
