very plaesant experience

there was a woman who was panicking and bossing everyone around she looked like she was heading for a stroke. she told everybody she had just got back from some illness. all the people picking up were very patient and kind. but all were talking about her behavior. I asked her to slow down and trust her staff they all seemed to be doing a good job and nobody needed to be barked at by a rabid dog.

Woman could have had a better bed side manner with the people who were working with her during pick up. Items were in good shape for what I paid for them.
