I had an extremely positive experience purchasing from Sarah (Edmonston)- specifically in my interactions with her following a problem with the order that was *completely* my fault.

I accidentally had the order shipped to the wrong address and communicated with Sarah direct as soon as I discovered the issue. She was responsive and kind, helping me to get the order sent back out to the correct address. My mistake caused work on her end, despite it being my fault, so I would've understood if she acted annoyed with me, but she didn't- she was still extremely sweet and helpful, going above and beyond to help me get my items.
