Shame on this auction house, I bid on a 14k no other description than gold tone, was outbid by another bidder, a week passed, I was contacted by them because quote on quote the winner of that lot couldn't afford to pay, so I was second they ask me if I wanted to buy it, the thing here they already knew that this was a knock off 14k but they didn't described it as such,not authentic solid gold, that triggered us to think it was a real deal, but surprised I did paid $147 + shipping $12
It was a win win for them paying a lot of money for a $10 costume jewelry, they failed tremendously on the description, it is a not clear enough for us the bidders, is like putting a Louis Vuitton purse and not saying anything other than purse, or putting a knock off Rolex and not saying anything other than watch, i did attempt to talk with them just messaged Robert but he never answered, reported with the auction manager Charles, but he denied speaking with me when he took my card information to charge it for shipping, was told hat Robert was on vacation, called and messages but nothing deaf ears about it, reported to clearance house as well same result did nothing, is like they cover each others back...hate to leave bad reviews but no choice than this.
