The pictures were from top side only and did not disclose that one gem was badly damaged on the back side. Also, the purse will not open. It is pictured open but I can not get it to open. Seller admitted it was tricky to open. Again, not disclosed.
Very disappointed.
Update: the seller shared the trick to open, so I am now able to open the purse. She also shared that the purse was not damaged at time of photos. So somewhere between photos and my opening the box the purse got damaged. THere was no broken glass in the shipping box . 🤷‍♀️.

I feel your ratings are unfair since you asked for shipping. The pickup experience should not be given a low mark since it refers to the in person experience. When you first contacted info@clearinghouseestatesales there was no mention of damage. Can you please provide photos. Also can you please remind me how it was shipped.
