Absolutely nothing but 100% perfection of an experience. I was pleasantly greeted, assisted with respect and a smile. Not something we experience on a daily basis! The process was not rushed,yet efficient, everything was verified and checked, perfectly described item was given and I almost hated to leave! Very positive,friendly atmosphere.
