I have been a clearing house (auction ninja) customer for years. I have furnished many people's homes in need including my own. I am generally happy with my purchases. This bed, however, had a rip and pull under the pillow area and was not disclosed or photographed. I would NOT have purchased it if I had seen it in the photos. a mover picked up the item and did not know to question it. Luigi had some very poorly written descriptions (missing or misspelled items) but he does not typically omit important info regarding the condition of an item. very disappointed.

I guess a bad review makes you feel better.rnOne more thing, Pick-up experience 3 stars? I personally helped, YOUR MOVERS, to load the bed in the car with my helper, and honestly that car it was a little small, may be something upended during the transportation?rnAnyway, I will refund your purchase and please keep it.
