Mistakes happen all the time and with this auction unfortunately too. My couch traveled somewhere else. Seller was responsive and nice. No bad feelings this time. I am promised a refund. But other items were described as excellent or in a good condition which they were not. Writing desk is damaged from every angle, very disappointing for that.

Items that we received were very nice for the most part and as advertised. We did not get all of our items. We were there in person and had a helper go get the heavy things behind the house but he was not directed to take everything and he was supposed to. It was very hard to get in touch with the seller because he uses an automated recording. It could take a day before you would hear back. I tried to reach out to get the items when I was going to be in town and by the time I got back the owner's had moved and thrown out the rest of the items we were not given. They don't offer any help so luckily I brought someone with me to load. Things are advertised properly and photographed well it's just that the pickup could be better organized and make sure that everybody gets of all of their items. And maybe offer to have some of the people that were sitting around actually help load for tips or something. Just a suggestion.
