These people are top notch, one of the best auction sites that I've been on. Dungeness is the most pleasant and caring person that I have ever dealt with putting my needs above all else. She patiently explained why we had an issue that was totally my fault and I was able to straighten it all out to everyone's satisfaction. True professionalism at its best.
