One of my items was a two door cabinet with glass fronts. Description of item said condition was consistent with age and use. There were three photos of cabinet. Three photos captured the entire cabinet from slightly different angles. At pickup I discovered one of the glass doors was cracked. I spoke with auction manager and we reviewed photos. We needed to zoom in to see the cracked glass. There was no mention of cracked glass in description and I was only able to see crack in photo when I zoomed in on the area. Not only is the item damaged, the dimensions are incorrect. Item is listed as 34" wide which is INCORRECT. The cabinet measures 39" wide. Description made no mention of cracked glass and width is 5" larger than listed. I worked with team to return item, however, driving 2+ hours round trip to drop off item isn't going to happen.

Arrived to the pickup at 2:25 when pickup time was from 1-5 pm. It was a mess. I understand locations differ and that can't be controlled. That being said we were told to pull around back that there was able space there was not. My car was then blocked in because they had another person pull behind me. Whole that is happening my husband comes out with a lot containing a few glass items and the valuable piece is completely broken. I told them I wouldn't be accepting the lot and they needed to refund it as now it holds zero value. I was given an attitude and told "stuff happens". Mind you I pickup from a few different auctions about 2-4 times per week. Between the attitude lack or organization and fact they broke my lot I will never be back. Mind you I spent about $140 total there. Simply appalled at how you run a business. Mind you I'm a 4th generation reseller.
