Item arrived with issues not mentioned in the listing. Bracelet clasp does not close properly and heart-shaped locket is loose. These are functional problems that should have been disclosed, even for used items. Disappointed in the lack of transparency.
I am rating "pick-up experience" 3/5 as this was shipping only auction.

The worst.
I followed the instructions for shipping to the letter. Contacted Dave at the UPS store . Was told they would pick up. Items were gone when Dave contacted Eric the auctioneer about pick up .Didn't get my money back. Eric refused to go back to his customer and ask for the two pieces I won.

I just received the "pair" of mirrored wall sconces; however, it is not a "pair" rather two completely different sconces. Neither the pics depicted, nor description mention, this significant detail. Had that been disclosed, I would not have bid.
