As expected packaged well

I loved the painting but the painting not attached to the frame and seller said nonchalantly...oh just glue it back together. But that isn't what happens to attach a frame. So I took it in 2 pieces. If this was the case pre bid it should be stated the frame is not attached or about to come off. Not exactly friendly staff nor caring. I waited for some time but they had a lot of pick ups so that can happen.
