**** BEWARE***** I won an auction for multiple items. When I went to pick it up the seller gave me the wrong item, an air fryer. I drove back as a courtesy to pickup the correct item. I signed my invoice when I initially picked up the incorrect Ninja Air Fryer. After switching it for the correct Air Fryer that was listed as new, I checked the item and it it was clearly used. I brought this to the attention of the person who made the initial mistake and she said she would send a partial refund. It was a new ninja air fryer. I paid $120 for it because it was listed as new. I would have never bought a used air fryer. I sent her a reminder message and she responded with a rude message. After a few weeks I received a $12 dollar refund. That is unacceptable. $12 on a $120 product? Anytime this has occured before the return rate has always been 30%-50%. After sending her a message letting her know $12 was unacceptable she tried to lie and say I agreed to it. Her proof? She said she had a message saying I agreed to it. Instead of sending a message that she knew didn't exist she sent a picture of the invoice I signed BEFORE we knew it was a used product and wrote "refund $10" on it. How did I sign a invoice agreeing to a $10 refund before it was known that the product was used? This women is a liar and a fraud. I've filed a chargeback with my CC company. Beware of this auction house. They are unorganized and have no idea what they are doing. They are rude, condescending, and blatantly committed fraud.

Saad-rnYour accounts of the situation are inaccurate. Let's recount what has transpired: you bid on an item that had several pictures showing the exact condition. Yes, the air fryer was mistakenly listed as new, when in fact it was in like new condition (which again, you could see in the photos) and that was an error on our part -- though all auctions indicate clearly that photos are considered part of the description. After you won, you reached out and requested an alternate pickup day, which we accommodated. Because you picked up on the prep day and not during the official pickup window, you were inadvertently given the incorrect airfryer. Since you work locally and would be passing by on your way home, a simple exchange for the correct item was made. At that time, a small discount was discussed, as the value of the air fryer was NOT impacted by the minuscule signs of use (a few crumbs). You left without expressing what your expectations were, 30-50% was never requested, nor would that have been honored in this case. We felt $10 off (plus adjusted buyer's premium and tax) was appropriate. There were no rude responses, only email updates indicating that you would receive a credit to your original form of payment as discussed, no lies and zero fraud. We have no interest in deceiving buyers and creating headaches like this for all involved. As you can see by the many other reviews, contrary to your experience this auction manager is organized, thoughtful and courteous. It is unfortunate that this was such a disappointing experience for all parties.rn
