All around good auction seller EXCEPT, and a big exception, they ship through Two Sisters Shipping. Today is 04/10/2026. The order purchase invoice date is 03/24/26. Still no auction item, still no response from Two Sisters. This is not my first time having an issue with Two Sisters. Once bitten twice shy. I should have learned.

You'll need to be extremely cautious with Cordell's auctions. My experience was terrible - there was zero communication from the seller. Living out of state, pickup was never an option for me. I reached out to shippers with no response, then asked Cordell directly for assistance and received only a rude, vague reply. In the end, I was told I had "forfeited" my items simply because I wasn't there for pickup - even though shipping had been my only option from the start.

I participate in many auctions and have never encountered a worse experience.

Can I give - 1 stars? I contacted the shipping company listed by seller. They inform me 10 days after that it was a misunderstanding with the seller - Cordell. When I contact the seller (Cordell) he told me that he is in vacation in Greece and he cannot send me the books or return my money. Very disappointed...
