The worst. Didn't give me a chance to get out of the car. Handed stuff in through the window. Broken Hummel not wrapped and placed inside a glass dish. And switched out the glass that was Chrystal for crap glass wares. Never deal with this seller! Learned never to be rushed when picking up items.

None of the chairs were made by Hitchcock and none were of the quality of Hitchcock. In fact, one is going into my burn pile.
