Pick-up was very difficult due to the location of the furniture, and disassembly required.

Wow, I’m really disappointed about this feedback Jason, since we spent a lot of time texting in advance. You were shocked that you won furniture for one dollar and you were planning on not showing up to pick it up. I made the experience as simple for you as possible. Part of the catch of winning items for a dollar that cost hundreds of dollars is that your responsibility to be available on the local pick up and have the means to load a car. You were disappointed that you had an SUV that wasn’t going to fit the furniture that you won. This is hardly my responsibility.
