Extremely difficult to get in touch with. Making arrangements for pickup was impossible. Their lack of responsiveness felt very impersonal. I'd rather avoid doing business with individuals like this in the future.

3 auction managers were also 3 young men with STYLE. (Style is so rare in the new world.) One appeared to be in charge, while the other 2 just laughed at my confusion regarding my successful bid on a pool skimmer that was 3x my height. Pick-up was easy and quick - as it should be.

I should have looked at the photos more closely, but they settled fairly with me - that is 5 star service! It's never that there IS a problem - it's in how it is solved - good job guys!
