What there weakness are to be responsible with the things they selling, i received my two lot after several text with Robert, my jewelry was put out aside, somewhere that his helper missed, that is what robert told me, i received the box, but seem they dump the 2 lot together inside the box, robert needs to more diligent and on top of the game when it comes to shipping and sort invoices, but thanks for the effort. just been honest and accurate.

I bought 6 items from Robert Chesnut on January 21. After 1.5 weeks passed and I received no tracking, Robert Chesnut was contacted numerous times by text (he told me he doesn't do emails) and I contacted auctionninja for help and got no answer. My husband picked up items at Robert's house 2 weeks in a row and 1 day Robert didn't know where my jewelry/scarf was, the next week Robert said he'd send it the next day - which he didn't do. Finally someone who works for Robert dropped a package off on Feb 13. 3 problems - 1 necklace was missing, 1 necklace had a random ring I can't easily get off, and lastly the cashmere scarf was so pilled/tired looking and the color was different than pictured. I still haven't gotten my money for the scarf refunded or the missing necklace, even though he has promised or send me the money several times. JUST UGH
