Our shippers tried reaching out to you multiple times to get your item shipped, and after sending you a screenshot of one of their emails giving you a quote, you were able to confirm it was the accurate email address but that you never received the email. We are so sorry that their communications never got to you. Many times these emails may go into spam. Next time please reach out sooner so we can locate the item.
