This is a private home with plenty of parking. Driveway coming in is single car at a time. Please be aware of cars coming and going.
If you cannot make pick up on Sat. 5/21/2022 , an appointment with auction manager maybe made for Thursday 5/19/2022, you must notify me at auction close of requested pick up on Thursday.

We will have your breakables wrapped and packed , we encourage you to bring more padding and boxes if you would like to repack you items for transport . All sales are final. All items are SOLD AS IS.
