• Make sure you have selected in your dashboard to receive auction win information via Email or text
• Auction win emails and invoice can also be accessed via your dashboard after sale closes

PICKUP DETAILS:
• SATURDAY 6/3 FROM 11AM-2:30PM ONLY - NO EXCEPTIONS - NO EARLY BIRDS. Items not picked up during allotted time will be considered forfeited.
• Local curbside delivery within 25 miles of Apex. Contact for pricing. (PayPal, Cashapp, Venmo or Zelle prior to delivery)
Winning Bidders must bring help if required for large/ heavy items & proper packaging materials if needed for pickup.
UPS is available on items indicated. Cost for pickup, packing and shipping is negotiated with our local UPS Shipper. We do not set shipping prices. They charge $35 for pickup. Shipping and packaging are additional. Contact : UPS of Morrisville @ 919-904-6158 AND Email: stacey@clearinghouseestatesales.com to confirm UPS shipping so we can transport items from estate to our facility. You may choose your own shipper: As the buyer, you are responsible for arranging the pick up or delivery/shipment of all items purchased. Packaging of the item(s) must be handled by the shipper or individual collecting the item(s). A separate payment to the shipping company will be necessary, as shipping is a transaction between you and your chosen shipper.
Packing, Moving & Transporting of your items are NOT PROVIDED upon pickup. If you are unable to move your items there will be a $25.00 fee. Pickups are on a first come/first served bases. There is no need to text, we will have your items ready for you upon arrival
