Good Seller, nice item, thanks very much!
First time buyer, and I learned that they try to hide defects. Bought four canes, and one had a sticker taped on it which ruined the cane trying to remove it. It should have been shown in the pictures.

We can assure you that we DO NOT hide defects we try to the best of our ability to note them. Unfortunately things may get missed and upon pick up we implore our bidders to inspect items before they leave. We could have easily refunded or discounted. Seeing that you did not reach out to us about this problem the 3 star seller responsiveness does not seem accurate/fair. Might I add that Goo Gone would have avoided the defect you made in removal of said "sticker"

Great item at a great price. Pickup went very smoothly. Getting an email daily with pickup reminder information was a bit excessive though.
