Shipping and handling will automatically be charged to your credit card on file with Auction Ninja. Your item will be shipped to the address on file unless you contact us with a different shipping address.

Items not picked up within the above time frames will be considered forfeited without refund. Do not bid if you are unable to take possession of the item(s) in the specified time period.

Bidders are responsible to bring their own bags, boxes, packing materials to remove items. Please be prepared to pack & transport your items.

All sales are final, there are no credits or returns. All items are sold “AS IS”. Bidders are strongly encouraged to ask any questions prior to bidding. BIDS placed through the AUCTION NINJA website on behalf of CHIEF ESTATES INC. are a binding contract, and you are responsible for paying all amounts due to CHIEF ESTATES INC. including sale price, buyer’s premium and all applicable sales tax. Please do not bid if you are unable to pay and take possession of the items in the specified time periods for each auction. All sales are final. No returns, exchanges or credits.

BUYERS PREMIUM: A buyer’s premium of 18% will be added to the final price and will be charged to the credit/debit card on file at the close of the auction. Please consider this additional cost before bidding.

SALES TAX: All sales are subject to sales tax laws. Tax exempt buyers must provide the appropriate state sales tax exemption certificate prior to the end of the sale to AUCTION NINJA for approval. You can do this when you register to bid on AUCTION NINJA. Your profile name & address must match your resale certificate. AUCTION NINJA will keep this information on file for future auctions.

PICK UP: Buyers must pick up their items at the designated sale location within the assigned time frame stated on the sale details page. The address will be sent to winning bidder via email. Please check junk/spam if you do not receive an email.

UNCLAIMED ITEMS will be forfeited. NO refunds will be issued, and you will be at risk of losing your bidding privileges. We understand that emergencies come up and will do our best to work within our means. This is not a guarantee, nor should it be an expectation. PLEASE DO NOT BID if you are unsure about your ability to retrieve or make arrangements to claim your winnings. It is imperative that items are removed at the indicated days & times.
